Nothing is good. if anyone have received any offer letter, please review employee stability top to bottom average 2-3 month. due to company policy. this company is not employed company. please do not spoil yr life to join this company. Please asked HR policy at time time of offer letter, then you can get actually.

Timing HOD will do asking/ giving work at time of Leaving. that's means out time is not fixed. that all is not related to me only, it's happening with everyone Eve HRs also. you have to do work on leave or holiday, but you can't apply WFH.

Working in Revolt motor since the beginning in 2019 I've worked 3 yrs.. No growth, no, work culture, pathetic management, fake commitments... Never ever join such kinda company where you didn't see any development in skills, any growth, no job security, I'll never recommend revolt motor to anyone... There's a lot of options and job opportunities in market where you get enough salary, job satisfaction, peace of mind knowledge , skills, growth and better life in better work culture. Revolt motor is pathetic management and pathetic company to work

JOB IS GOOD BUT NO INCENTIVE NO GROWTH IN SALARY MANAGEMENT IS NOT MUCH GOOD BUT YOU CAN JUST LEARN OVER HERE HOW FACE CUSTOMER INQUIRY WALKIN AND TEST RIDE .

Its all are dislike nothing is like in this company.Horrible work culture, they are appointed a person for the profile match but after joining they had given a different profile. For example you are appointed S&M but they will shift in planning , MIS, back office

They are totally clueless on what they want to do. They have zero trust on employees. Management has neither vision nor experience to run an automotive business. Too many people in senior management. For a new age EV tech business, they have no R&D head.
