Good support staffs, good potential to grow the industry, huge chances to grow if management will do work on professional way or ground.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Poor management specially most top, one man control without giving space to 2nd line management or downline team to work as per their skills. No proper plan, no any intention to implement proper system with healthy mindset. Lack of action on progressive action. Management never beleive their 2nd line management professionals . No welcome of any advise or suggestions or idea of professionals as per thier respective area.
