Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...ich as per my understanding pushes back their vision of growing exponentially. Late salary. No outing or skill or personality developement workshops. Response of management after leaving the organization is very poor. Long and exhausting fnf period.

Great team to work with but our seniors were very supporting they made us groom and intellectual for more opportunities
