it's working culture, employees safety, increment is very poor. And employees getting their salary after every second month. And their are no facilities provided by the company.

I really enjoyed working in amtek auto Ltd . There is a lot to learn here and the environment to work here is very friendly.

Amtek auto Ltd. I never liked the fact that it does not pay timely attention to the facilities of her employees and does not provide them with their dresses and shoes.

Amtek Auto is an leading manufacturing compeny is an excillent workplace for learning and trainings but there is a problem for carrer growth and salry issues otherwise it good for freshers becoz of learning, motivating and free mind orking environment.

Specially the products knowledge were good since there was parts of JCB manufactured. There was heavy machining parts manufactured it's quite experiencing to work initially. Overall management is average.

Dislikes

Salary is delayed every time you. Salary is basic here if your stays even 5 years. Interment is slow.
