Great company to work at.. Lots of learning, exposure, decision making freedom, experiment, test, lead, etc. An environment of job security and belongingness... Led by great leaders and inspirers.. Great company to be associated with.

They trainned us with one of the most hectic training ever...they don't let u give yourself some time and more over they promised us that client will hire 90% of the candidates and after 4 months we get to know that nobody is on boarding for the client.

I did training here but even after clearing an interview of all rounds, I didn't receive an offer. They assured me that within a few days, I'd get my offer letter but after 3 months they denied their words.

Good performers are awarded and all efforts are done to retain them in this very competitive market. The business model is very noble and a very unique and niche area where the company is a leader. It is growing well and is a very good career prospect for anyone having the opportunity to work here.

There aren't many as the HR and management are very receptive to issues faced by employees and deal with everyone with empathy so there aren't major issues that one has to struggle with.
