1. You might need to strech hours sometimes depend on work requirment. 2. You are expected to work in departments different than your designation. 3. It will definately add value in your knowledge but you will feel lack of learning in your own domain. 4. There will be less process oriented work and most of times work instructions will be verbal and not on written mails.
