If we talk about growth interms of work that is nothing.No new learning,no growth. Unnecessary work proposal.

Dislikes

They dont follow any rules and regulations. Any body can ask you for any kind of work.Any body can make a call evev if you are in sick leave.

Likes

Good work life balance . Pay is Good. All executives are poised with excellent behaviour skills . Minimum 6 hours of working time with Flexible working hours . Food daily lunch dinner and snacks scores employee with an embellishment. Learning can be exceeded with proper spirit .

Dislikes

Nothing as big to discuss . Company has been acquired by ION and now most people are leaving . Future road map seems bleak .
