Good company for freshers teammates are supportive always ready teach you if are intersted in learning. There special training program for freshers and any one who wants to learn or know about the working of other departments and products. Learning wise company is good.

Dislikes

Salary is low and slow career growth. Yearly hike is very low no fixed holidays. Job security is average. Company does not provide health policy even for your spouse and children.

1. Never let you focus on one task. 2.Manager were really disrespectful, they never value your opinion, scolding you like a school student. 3. They always take meeting when office hours are over. 4. Never have any planning while starting a project. 5. People pretend to do lot of work and sometime take credit for your work.

Nothing it was like a nightmare to me. Worst company to work with!

Dislikes

Everything, specially the management. They are from non technical background so don't understand anything, just wanted work to be done asap irresponsible managers!
