No work life balance you have to work like a salve for 15 hrs Owner puts you PIP for useless reasons You have to attend client meeting post your log out time. Owner humilaties and verbally assaults you in meeting in front everyone Abusive work environment TL's named Surendra Patil and Rahul Sarkar don't have manners to even talk They waste 4 hrs of your time in meeting so that everyone stretches for work till late night HR is useless a puppet of the owner Even you pressurized by HR to do overtime No one is even worth calling a human here they are vultures

No work-life balance you have to work for 14+ daily Meetings are kept after log-out time so that people stretch every day They waste 3 hrs of your time in morning meets so that people do overtime and work for more than 12 hrs The owner of the company is very unprofessional he insults and abuses you in front of everyone You have to attend client meetings post-log-out time even if you are not required if you miss any of the meetings you'll fired or put on PIP. Don't join this company if you value your self-respect, mental peace, and work-life balance.

No work life balance you have to work for more than 12-14 hrs Useless HR Purva Dhuri gave me absurd gyan that to become successful you have to slog out for more than 15 hrs. If you have completed your work and you are chilling in your non working hours then you are useless person as per Purva Dhuri. It's such a shame that a HR manager is giving this useless gyan. This proves HR doesn't support work life balance which is next level bad you don't expect such answers from an HR. They waste 3 hrs of your time in morning meetings so that no one completes their work before log out time and they stech and do overtime. Exploitation is at its peak here Owner of this company is unprofessional he puts you on PIP for silly reasons so there is no job security at all. TL Surendra Patil is also not up to mark he doesn't know how to respect his juniors U have to attend client calls in non working hours also if you fail to attend then they'll terminate you ruthlessly.
