Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

No anything in this organisation which is like Please think more than 10 time before join this company

All things are dislike, No career growth, they are don't care of employees, no pay salary on time always pay after 45 to 50 Days , nothing any insurance cover or mediclaim policy for employees , Always did dirty politics, deduct pf amount in employee salary but organisation do not deposit , don't have any plans .if any employee resigning from company and service notice period properly but they are not settled full and final settlement. fire any one any time without any notice About Retranz infolab pvt Ltd whatever is written is less.

Work culture is good. Supporting staff is very helpful.

You haven't authority to take any division. For any small issues, you have to take approval from stake holders. Here using 3 different software for a single things. Portal is not usefull. Lots of errors, for closing the issues get delayed.
