Campus is good. Can facility is good. Working hours are cool.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

...o proper bonus. Very less increment even after giving more than 200% to company. When it comes to give money to employees they have 1000s of reason to give less hike in salary. But when it comes to take work from employees they can go to any level and call you for job. Job security is also 80% as if some one had some personal grudges to management then they don't look their performance and will on the spot terminate the employees even though employee is very loyal and hard working.
