Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Nothing to say.I heartly request to new joiners don't join this company.

...find some where we are not continue to you, It's happen with 75℅ of employees. Also they keeps my salary on hold for 4 months in pandemic time and When i asked about salary to Mr. Pawan shinde , He said fill your home kirana from government ration stores they will give you free kirana in pandemic. If you have no money for Kirana.... Very ridiculous behavior in pandemic time.

Worst ever experience. In pandemic time they had kept the Office closed for unlimited time with loss of pay. They are not provided WFH in pandemic. And without any information to other employees they starts the office in pandemic with certain employees. And when I ask him about joining they said look into other organization they are waisting my time upto 6 month. They are not taking caring of employees and clients as well.
