Worst working culture with a toxic environment. The CS of RetailEZ is the most worst person I have seen in my entire life. Very rude and misbehaves, will not provide any guidance or support. Treats the juniors in a most disgusting and rude manner. Do not ever join this company if you are someone reporting to the CS. One will loose its self esteem and confidence working in such toxic environment. Otherwise the company is good and really need to take strong action against the CS or else she will never let anyone work in the legal team.

1) Pathetic appraisal policy and no career progression path 2) Salary/Bonus will be held at the drop of a hat for not meeting absurd management asks 3) Management doesn’t know what kind of business they are in/ Irrelevant experience at leadership level 4) “Lala Company Culture” 5) Disregard for the employees who are treated only as disposable resources 6) Dirty politics and utter lack of transparency
