Marathi speaking environment Lack of intranet Technology wise the company functions in the bullock cart era Lot of politics in the sales team which also includes a village boy who yells talks rubbish and doesnt have manners who is supported by the sales head who speaks broken english

RD has given flexible time to all the employees. During corona time, all the employees were paid their salaries. The reviews and Appraisals happen every year in this Company. There is a lot of scope for development. Overall the Company is good for working culture.
