...s for more than 4 years. Have seen many employees serving for more than 5 years. Wonderful and supportive team, Flexi work hours, good policies, employee friendly, good salary. Talented employees will be recognised.

I am surprised to see the negative comments. Many big companies also have anonymous negative feedback. I personally don't have any complaints. If you don't perform well, no company will keep paying you. Don't believe in what poor performers have to say. Believe in yourself.

Everything. They expect you to work on weekends and they don't pay you salary on time. Some of the old timers have pending salary payments. PF also doesn't get credited on time. They expect you to be by 8.30 am and don't care if you leave late previous day. No trainings give and no engagement activities conducted. They have few old clients and no new clients. Everyone works with fear in the company including Senior Managers. Shouting on the floor is very common. You are looked down if you take leave and treated worse if the leave is to take care of your family.

...ining there. 8. They laid-off employees after my exit due to budgeting issue. 9. Salary will be credited late every month. 10. They ask you to do weekend support, night shift, morning shifts for QA team without any shift allowance. The list goes on....
