To be very honest the company culture was very poor with no to almost zero innovative and productive experience. Hence, no good experiences to count on.

Dislikes

The company should give more room to innovate ideas since the directions and the work that we did everyday was quite monotonous with absolutely no productivity. A different work from the usual conventional one was never respected. Also there's a lot of favouritism and unfriendly inter-employee culture.

I liked how the founder was dumb, that could make you feel superior about yourself.

Dislikes

Its a terrible place to work in, we are placed to copy paste existing designs from internet with some edits. That's our entire role. No one in the company actually knows how to do anything, social media managers follow unfollow in Instagram with different accounts that's their entire job. The founder doesn't have any idea how to actually run the marketing thing. Copy pasting captions and design is the entire business.
