...ducts for cheap and selling them under its own brand... culture is non existent. Salary is delayed... people are worst. Management doesn't have a clue how to work. Only goal is for management to make some money. No care for employees at all, no benefits either. Stay away from this company...

It does not matter about your title or position, we all sit at the same desk with the same perks. it is not about titles, it os about value. Vision; Each employee has well-defined goals and objectives every quarter. If you are achiving those goals, then you are excelling, our company vision is also well defined. The company runs on trust and transparency and this provides a feeling of mutual respect for everyone in the company, regardless of position or rank.

Work Knowledge, and communication skills are very high in my company, I enjoy & I loved the work of job atomsphere in company, and about staff each & everyone is good attitude people in company, and in my company the day starts with positive minded and with full of good atmosphere with a full of happiness for everyday in a calender. HOD's / Management I really appricate everyone & everybody they will be friendly with staff and they give full support to get 100% successful completion in works and targets. Company takes care of staff in medical insurance and safety first, a day and everyday the company fights for a more achivements. Company having well experianced satff with a talented working, I am very happy and proud to be in this company as one of the satff member and to work with high official and talented educated people and also in a great / good management.

All is well and good about the company, but sometimes a rare in some related jobs & works maybe for a (customers or maybe to staff or maybe to anyone else) the company higher official people will not agree and they straightly avoid the people requests, in giving a little bit of changes of on commitments to the requesters, I try to not to loose the company goodwill for this simple reasons. the management have to appricate the right persons that who is giving full fledge of work responsibilites to the company. So abviously that person will motivates himself and he will be in positive thinking minded to give more & more of his best to the company for a apprication he got from management. I really request the management & company, in furtherly to impliment this to see & find a sweet and great smile on face of staff.

The Company is Driven by the Best Mentor, our MD. He is the main reason behind the Employee Retention. His policy, way of appreciation, culture, and management, makes us motivated and work with great zeal.
