Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Actually it is a small organization, career growth not good , in appraisal people will get less amount when we compair with other organization work environment is good , but there is no much R&D work right now.it is good for people who are fresher to learn something.

There is no liking abut this company

Everything is worst for this company, i worked there for 1 and half year, i dint felt that i worked in pharma company, i felt like i again went back to school where principle will come and punish you always whenever u will do commit any mistakes, Boss of this company is simply WORST. I got my life's 1st increment i.e. 950/. Dont ask again how.?.Guys plz dont join this company.
