They have not salaries to their employees since January 2020. After covid they literaly tortured their employees for work without giving then their earnings...

Not paying salaries even since before lockdown. Laid off hundreds of academic and non academic staff.

...t was a leader coaching institute, but in present it is into very bad condition. The institute is unable to pay salary since December 2019, no appraisal since April 2018. Many of faculties left, many laid off and many still working without being paid.

Rather than supporting they are exploiting and giving mental harrassment to employees. Forcing the employees to quit and stop their paycheques is the best thing they are doing for employees.

Not giving timely salary is now working culture for Resonance from last 2 years.

...ility to get better option already left the place. Now center wise it's running. Some centers making profit, there people are getting some salary.

Needs a good leader who can bring back it's glory in kota but that's easier said than done.

...d recommend not to join. Company is not paying the salaries since April 2020. They had fired many people without any reason , major salary cut down, not providing documents to candidates so that people can join at other places. Earlier culture was best but from 2020 it’s pathetic.

Job security , Financials , No management etc.
