Resonance is bankrupt and doomed, it had no funds to pay employee salary even before covid lockdown, it is more than six months employees have received their salary.God save the students studying in Resonance

Salary delay, no promotions, they will remove people from job without notice period and no final settlement. If you leave after giving notice period say bye bye to 2-3 months of salary

- below average salary - 0.01% chance of getting a promotion - best salaries and promotion are given to family and friends of the owner, like the HR head is the brother-in-law of the owner but lacks speaking skills - environment turns highly toxic if the head of the department hates you or dislikes your talent

The management never interferes with the Academics . The reward system - at least what I felt - is transparent . If you are performing well and not throwing a lot of weight around , showing off , you get rewarded well especially in the initial years . With age and experience , the salaries kind of plateaus , unless and until you are so popular that you can break or upset the system ( even temporarily ) by quitting and taking the student base along with you .

Too much work . Once your salary crosses 12 lakh around , you are fully loaded . You do not get any time to review yourself . You are kept busy like a mini bus in Bihar

... growth is almost nil . Even in covid19 crisis , they make the employees crying. Since jan /feb 2020 they didnt pay to employees and it's september now. I was terminated due to center loss, even my feedback is so good .

Managment is so creepy, poor, erogant ..... Never pay on time, Not picked up your call
