We had a special session on they best ways to WFH because most of us dont prefer working from home since its too distracting and cannot focus. We got tips for better focus. Resolver has the best employee engagement activities not to miss team when everyone are working remotely, we connect online interact and have fun. We have bi-weekly team gathering one for fun and one for learning. Resolver talent team has monthly check-ins with the team, how they are doing at this pandemic and address their issues and concerns if any.
