...ways demotivates. He stops giving the leads and also forced to work on holidays. Manager is taking salary only for the micro managing the sleep coach team. ResMed is a big organization and also a good company but working as a sleep coach is totally a torture. Even complaining against the manager to HR is hopeless because HR policies are not very strong in ResMed India. If you are will to join some other department. Go for it but there is big no for sleep coach team.

One of things I really liked about ResMed is its clear purpose: No matter what role you're in, you can always see how your work positively impacts other lives and how we as an organization help people breathe better and live better life. Additionally, the entrepreneurial culture here, though less often discussed but it greatly enhances individuals learning and growth. It allows one to take on various responsibility independently which significantly contributes to the overall development. Lastly, the opportunities to work in multifunctional role and absorb diverse skillset is another key benefit.

Nothing major but a little bit more patience in some of the strategic roles/initiatives could lead to long term results

ResMed is one of the best companies to work with. The company products are driven with innovation in technology and carries world class quality. People function is at its best in terms of receptive to employee thoughts and new ideas to implement for business growth. We can enjoy every day working at ResMed!

There is nothing specific to mention as such dislike. There is always a better scope for process improvements like any other organisation.

The company allows you to put your skills to use. Rather than having a pre made product framework, there is scope for the individual contributors to influence the product.

Dislikes

Lot of hiring and firing. No concern for the employee and their contribution. Unclear goals and strategies. Products are a mess, it feels like playing with fire when you work on them as one wrong decision could break the whole system. Lack of empathy by the leadership. A lot of talk on profits and little on performance.
