They used to recruit people When required and without any information they terminate them without giving any notice period and no benefits,They do not give salery for the days and month you serve,poor working culture,they mentally torture and force you to leave the job,terrible environment,so my advice not to join this group it’s better to work in a workshop,this company is like Lala ki dukan.

In the outset I would like to clear that I was working with Railway division so my review is only out this division. At that time so many things was there for learning but now things have been changed. You have to do struggle for learning and growth.

If you are not much good in professionalism then you have to face politics. Top management less interaction with new comers is also big problem.
