Very chip company , senior are behaving with front liner managers like tsi so , you can't use your own car , daily allowance is 315.00 only for manager

Nothing is for like salary date is 7th of every month expense you will get after one month

Poor salary structure in terms of work pressure.... clueless upper management...not proper insentive structure.... Just like "DELHI KA LADDU"

Company dark side is that you will not be given salary breakup before joining. After joining you will realised that your salary has been reduced.

Salary Structure Is Not Perfect For Everyone There Are Different Packages In Same Post So Sometimes People are Demotivated Also Once Company Have To Think About Old And New Employees And There Growth Politics Is Every where But Astral Is A Good Better than Others
