Compensation is low & growth in company is very slow. Work Pressure is also high, had to work for 14-15 hours in a day sometimes. Top Management do not value an individual unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Internal Cross-Team coordination with current set up is very challenging, Work life balance is Disturbed.

Everything is worst, no proper management, HR is not capable enough to perform their job, no proper policies, management is not adhering their writen policies, if someone decides to quit company, they took this personally and they start harassing employee

Remote work. Higher management is good but the team leads and managers are pathetic. Believes in micro management

No promotions, increment and recognition in team even after working for years in the company.

Vice President Data team is very humble and supportive. He personally see employees work. Job security is there. Work life balance. Company police very good always give senior level to talented people.

Work culture is very bad. Management is worst. Any time HR will call you and ask to resign no matter how much experience you are. If any one thinks to choose this company choose at your own risk.
