Resilinc is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that makes reliable, high-quality products and has global Client Base. Work Culture at Resilinc is very efficient. Company policies are fair.

Dislikes

Compensation is low & growth in company is very slow. Work Pressure is also high, had to work for 14-15 hours in a day sometimes. Top Management do not value an individual unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Internal Cross-Team coordination with current set up is very challenging, Work life balance is Disturbed.

Everything is worst, no proper management, HR is not capable enough to perform their job, no proper policies, management is not adhering their writen policies, if someone decides to quit company, they took this personally and they start harassing employee

Remote work. Higher management is good but the team leads and managers are pathetic. Believes in micro management

Dislikes

No promotions, increment and recognition in team even after working for years in the company.
