No likes, only some supportive colleagues

Dislikes

They ask you to work on weekends and don't get paid for it. They order to work on weekends but if salary credit day comes on weekend day, they won't credit, but you have to work without asking twice. To increase salary in a fixed cycle u have to wait for 2 or 3 months. If u ask for it, u r a bad and greedy employee. If you really want peace, don't join here

Some good ppl are here struggling, they will help and guide

Dislikes

There is nothing likable in this company. U hav to hold bucket to your seniors. No appreciation, no proper salary. No rewards, recognition, bonus etc. Pending increment from 3 months. They will make you work for more than 12 hours and weekends also.

No work life balance, no proper salary, no rewards, no recognition, work like a donkey from morning 10 to night 11 or 12 sometimes. Please dont join if u want to have peace
