...the upgradation is good though the employees not even filling the required data. I request the management to give salary/hike to the casuals directly as a bonus instead of hiring toxic people by giving the hard workers money.

Just Politics, gossips, politics and politics nothing else. Innovation always comes with a mind which think way ahead not with way behind.

...arket and Win-win strategy with business partners and B2B customers are good. Self Appraisal system & compensation benefits, company atmosphere, landscape and interior design of building structure standards are good.

Public Transportation- If provided to everyone shall be good. Where at present limited area transportation only available.

Personally, I was started the journey in this organization directly on the field (Lab experiments) without any training. The things to learn is here, to learn whatever obstacles would comes in your life which you will get to know here so, in initial of the career you could learn but don't find next future such organization where I have been experiencing only internal politics (Internal local people Chain) as well as behave based on religion.

Not good work culsture becuase of local mindset and politics. No guidance from boss. No enough facilities in lab.

Company maintains overall good work culture and absolutely no issues as far work is concerened. Good company to join especially for fresher which gives ample opportunity learn and develop skills.

Quality contol and Quality assurance dept. needs more importance.

I have got a very Good Experience in this company, and I think there is "Growth" in this company,and the Behaviour of each and every Employee is very Good.

Sir, the Stock does not Arrive quickly, and the Fast moving produt is not Available quickly.
