- 10% of your salary constitutes variable pay, which will be granted in full if your annual appraisal rating is 4 or above. For ratings of 3 and below, only 85% of the variable pay will be disbursed, with the remaining 15% forfeited. - Additionally, your employment is on a 5-year contract basis. If you manage to remain with organization for this duration, the extension of the subsequent 5-year contract will be contingent on your senior's satisfaction with your conduct. Micro management , contractual agreements for 5 years only , Favouritism are the issue. CEO himself violating many companies rule by hiring his known people by skipping interview process ,and the same is happening at lower level also. Organisation is asking to put resignation if employee's health is not good. You can survive only if you are in good book of persons who are closer to CEO or GVP and you are treating well with them , you skills don't work here.
