1) 0% Job security 2) No salary for months 3) Company wants free employment, you can't complain about anything 4) Founder and Co-founder reckless decision making 5) As seller and buyer Point of view, cancel/RTO/Return orders are very much 6)No fixed location of company, keep changing location every few months, no office staff. 7) Operation of company can stop anytime without notice 8)Calls from sellers complaining and abusing regarding orders and company operation 9)Brand/Reputation value Zero in market 10)Bad treatment by founder/owner and if questions asked regarding salary THREATS given and Value of individual in market to drop threats. 11) Worst e-commerce company to work in market 12) Impersonating as different individuals by company founder & co-founder. 13)Most business working and operation feels illegal and doubtfully. 14)Work pressure for Sales executives and other staff members.

Nothing Bhai koi v ye company join nhi karna ye froud company hai yaha kam karwa k salary nhi deta hai . Uper se order lagwate time buyer se advance payment leke mal nhi bhejta hai. Buyer or sale officer ka rista kharab hua hai sabka ka yaha per.

Ceo Ankit tiwari ka commitment, Ankit tiwari bahut bada froud hai bate to bahut badi badi karte hai lekin kisi v employee ko paisa nhi diya hai sirf bahana hi karte rha , or ab call v nhi recieve karta hai ,

3rd class company. All are fraud. Ankit, Jyoti and Ashu. Don’t pay anything to them in the name of advance. They don’t pay salaries.

Dislikes

It’s a fraud company. Not paying staff their salaries. They dint provide any employment record. They loot suppliers in the name of advance payment and don’t return. Number of cases has been filed by employees. Till date all of have suffered be it staff, suppliers or buyers. Please do a simple market research before accepting any offer.
