...good somedays bad. But I hit my goals and some times targets and incentives too. And yes salary is fixed. Saw some loser writing that is not, man you got to be good. No free lunch. I used to work my *** off in my last company always used to get salary 2 months late. I like working here the company takes good care. Not only you but everyone around it. I have fun

...ldn't have needed us. The job is challenges you. I don't know which job doesn't. Wish salary was little better. But atleast they come on time 7th of every month. Too much training. Everyday. I wish Saturday's were off. I wish the office was in sector 5. I don't like dum dum. The roads are bad and dirty. They are very strict with timings you got to reach by 9.35 on reporting days or you are late.

1. Working for the children was the best part. 2. Cool office vibes with young team. 3. If you are good there is adequate scope of growth. 4. Travelling and meeting new people 5. I think they will be G.O.A.T of all Ngos 6. And finally the boss and managers are very supportive and patient.

1. Lodging and travelling facilities couldn’t have better. 2. Salary could have been higher 3. Travelling in summers 4. I wanted a desk job 5. Had to leave because of further studies

They pay 20% of the fund you raise as salary. Travel cost is huge due to field work. One week you have to be outstation without any Travelling or Food allowances. They provide cheap non ac hotels. They provide sleeper trains to travel. Employ is not treated as human but as a resource. Fix salary is a myth here. No professionalism. It looks like a family business. In the name of Rescue and Relief they raise funds for life save foundation which is Mumbai based and also for NLR India which is Delhi based. They send different fund raisers to the same donor in the name of different organisation.

Have been working here since last 9 years. This organization really doing great for the betterment of the underprivileged section of our society. And one thing I must say that each and everyone is so cooperative. The work culture is also very good..

1. unorganized administration 2. Each and every work can be done in a more systematic way 3. Rules and Regulations are are not fixed. (it varies for different person and different situation)
