Company working on old technology, so self growth is 0. But 100 percent job security, gud perks and some other benefit no one will ask what are doing whole day, that is why , 75 percent employees stay here more than 10 + year . If you want cool and calm life then join this company otherwise ......

Can not available, old pattern of coding and technology.

It's an old school type organisation.. CEO & CCO are taking all the decisions. Approval has to come from Management for each and everything. Youngsters advise are not taken.

Zero growth. People are working at same position since last 10 years.

Working since last 4 years. Great work culture, Seniors are very supportive. Management is just one call away, always ready to help on your queries. Over all the company is very good for all level of work experience.

The only thing to compromise is non flexible office time.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees
