There is no option working from home. If you take leave , your stipend will be Deducted. The environment is quit strict , and there is a high level of toxicity due to certain individuals even they call us anytime 24 hour for work.

Overall a good company for the development but do not expect much from the environment of company. Tech team is not only good but the best one here I found and leading of Venkatesh sir is awesome! I never liked HR here but good news is she left the company! I hated working on Saturday also as well! You'll learn many things here if you're fresher or for internship as well. I will only suggest not to expect much from the company or from the environment as well but expect from your growth and take all the things which will help you in upskilling!
