No career growth, All are old Technology Not provide PF, No salary hike, Not having a company website, No office environment not even provide id card, than For 2 years there not provide an offer letter , experience letter and all, for those 2 years there expect more work but low salary

Repute Infotech Enterprises Ltd. Not had job security and not have any appraisal and promotions and also no encouraging for our hard work for a company. it's make a sence the company will give me a uncomfortable zone and unsatisfaction of working in this company

Nothing I like from this place

Dislikes

The company has their own polices like we shall work 2 years then only we got experience letter from their side and they doesn't provide any evidence or certificate for working they doesn't provide ID card also past 8 months I have only get last 4 month salary in bank account for that only they provide salary slip. In the begging they doesn't attach me in pf after 3 to 4 months only they attach the pf. The HR is useless.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
