Good Company for Printing students and other general streams. For engg. grads other than related to Printing(one of the best in Asia) only good for Mechanical stream, for others except these two there is only machinery things to learn. You could become a good manager and audit/finance expert after 1/2 years of working. Work culture is better than average. Management was not good in Store department when I used to work. Company policies are excellent, even there is option for pension. Overall better than average.

Dislikes

...stry cultures. Immense career growth for printing mainly and for mechanical too. Salary is on time and average for freshers. Free pick and drop facility is available for the main shift(9-5). Yes there you might notice internal politics but might not affect your work until and unless you are not involved. You will get plenty of time to learn new thing from inside or outside industry. Work environment is good. Innovation is very less. Work-life balance is great.

Nothing so far... But we receive salary on 1st of every month.

We have to work 24by7 still we get Appraisal below 8%. The worst part is without any letter on mail or not even in hand we directly received salary, which they said it's a final value. we don't do any negotiation. Worst policies they have for employees, they only find way which is beneficial for company. Review is not based on your performance, it's based on your connections.

They offer you good salaries, often with a sizeable variable component to it.

Dislikes

...ions are absolutely unrealistic, there are no set processes for anything really. The massive variable part of compensation is practically non-existent and one can't ever look forward to receiving variable salary. To top it all, the appraisals are completely non-structured and massively based on favoritism, which remains to be the most degrading element of working here.

There is nothing that I felt anything great about except the ontime Salary Credit. It was a terrible experience working in this company. Management is so so poor. Upper management has no Idea what is going inside the company. Employees and their rights are exploited. No proper timing of lunch or break neither the Overtime allowance is provided for the extra time you work. Increment is something that they won't give you untill you cry desperately for it.

Dislikes

There is no policy that benefits the employee. If you ask anything from the management or HR they will atleast take a week to get your work done.
