...erely 19 Years work with them and its their duty to take care of their employee. The compensation amount which they had given is very less.They should give support us in this critical time period. Either they should give more compensation amount or we need to get back to work immediately on contract basis.

The company is good but not as keen on employee upliftment. Do not interact with employees on a personal level. ISO, KRA, APPRAISAL is nominal in Repro. It is very important to trust the staff who have been working for years. Repro does not have those qualities.

Nothing so far... But we receive salary on 1st of every month.

We have to work 24by7 still we get Appraisal below 8%. The worst part is without any letter on mail or not even in hand we directly received salary, which they said it's a final value. we don't do any negotiation. Worst policies they have for employees, they only find way which is beneficial for company. Review is not based on your performance, it's based on your connections.

They offer you good salaries, often with a sizeable variable component to it.

...ions are absolutely unrealistic, there are no set processes for anything really. The massive variable part of compensation is practically non-existent and one can't ever look forward to receiving variable salary. To top it all, the appraisals are completely non-structured and massively based on favoritism, which remains to be the most degrading element of working here.
