This company threats employees like donkeys. According to their policies, they increase the salary every six months, but during appraisals, they just say, "You haven't progressed.", They give a lot of work but never appreciate it. Instead, they blame you, saying you do nothing. Their time management is also very bad. They don't approve leaves. If you apply for leave, they simple, "No, we need to meet the deadline." It feels like they drain everything out of you like a mango seed but never appreciate your efforts - no appreciation, no appraisal, no leave. In my 1 years of experience, I have been really sad.

The worst thing is they will take work at a CTO level and once you resign It will give you the designation of Fresher. And Never will they take care of efforts. And if you will come after 09:15 they will mark it as a short leave. And if you take 5 min extra time for lunch they will ask questions. These people stopped my appraisal and expected too much work. I have been working here since the last 1.5 years Wasted my time here.
