Nothing except WFH

No salary on time, No PF on time, and after resignation no FNF on time and after 1 month they will not pick your calls or even reply to your messages. They just know how to exploit their employees by not giving any compensation or benefits and will make you work overtime. Bad work life balance and seriously bad management.

...t is really prompt and helpful with every query. The joining process was smooth. Great salary as per the industry standards. The company also provides gift cards to employees during festivities like Diwali.

No work-life balance. The manager is very rude. Unlike other companies, the daily work is not alloted on time here. They provide work at any time of the day and expect you to finish it by that day itself. Sandwich leave policy is not feasible. The company is overall good, but the only problem creator is Wayne Ross, the manager of the editing team. He humiliates his own team members every day without any valid reason. He would say that he doesn't want 'the' in sentences as it sounds 'silly.' If asked for a valid reason, he would either change the topic or insult by saying something rude. He is also not at all supportive towards his team members. It was very toxic and there used to always be a tension inside, just by thinking what he would say next. He would also threaten at every moment during the probation period saying that he has the power to terminate you at anytime, again without any valid reason. He's also extremely egoistic who doesn't accepts his own mistakes. In fact, he loved creating issues for his team members. For example: He would check a file and send the screenshots of the errors he would find. After a month or two, he would start sending the same screenshots. While confronting about the repetition, he would simply change the topic or say- you should have corrected these months ago (doesn't make any sense again!). Instead of saying "oh! I actually forgot that I reviewed this months ago," he will blame you for the errors and look for another topic to insult you. He has been one of the worst kind of managers I have ever worked with in my career till now. He cannot handle a team if he continues his bad behaviour with them. A team manager should be friendly and supportive, but he is just the opposite. He is the very reason why I had no other choice but to leave the company as every single day felt like being in hell. The company must look into this issue and try to resolve it either by changing his manners or terminating him.

It's a good organization, you are treated like family. Yes you have to work hard and put in the efforts but you will be recognized and you get rewarded for it. A very nice place to grow.
