There is no work life balance. Everyone works in silos. No standardisation. You are on your own without support. There is 0% work life balance. Crazy work hours and you’re expected to extend on weekdays and work on weekends as well

No clarity for role. No good compensation structure (one might feel fooled at a point of time). Team work is pathetic, everyone is looking to pull you down. Lack of empathy. No sense of job satisfaction and job security.

One of the best mid-size enterprise to work for. Pleasure and honoured to work here. It won’t make you feel bad if you’re coming from a bigger company which was in my case. If you’re fresher or coming from a smaller company, blindly go with them. Good people good teams ❤️ Keep up the good work team.
