Dislikes

Appraisal/promotion/Confirmation is a hassle. Mind games and manipulation by management is absolute worst. Ex if u take care of xyz dept in a branch your promotion/confirmation/appraisal will be affected immensely if other depts in ur branch are not giving good results. If your BM is good, office will become enjoyable. Office politics and mid level politics makes everything disgusting. Company is good one, would love to work with them but because of people such good company is getting ruined.

Dislikes

This company is not good for, who working hard, efficiently and performers. Here only they will see how much employee can begg, each and every small things also we have to wait for Head office approval and it will be approve after a long follow up and many requests.
