Salary and benefits are quite good. Work life balance is good. Company policies for employees benefits is good.

Dislikes

Appraisal/promotion/Confirmation is a hassle. Mind games and manipulation by management is absolute worst. Ex if u take care of xyz dept in a branch your promotion/confirmation/appraisal will be affected immensely if other depts in ur branch are not giving good results. If your BM is good, office will become enjoyable. Office politics and mid level politics makes everything disgusting. Company is good one, would love to work with them but because of people such good company is getting ruined.

1-process easy 2-you can experience a lot because no work is assigned as per department.so everyone is handling all the department 3-job security

Dislikes

1-working culture is bad 2-no salary hike 3-extrem internal politics they don't need educated staff they need workers BM also not havin power of scantion and Disbursement 4-promotion are too late and depending on the reference you are coming from.

Likes

Work life balance is good too like 9 to 6. Job security is good. Even during the extensive lockdown stages where people were getting salary cut or furloughed, Repco HFL was providing timely full salary. Management were also cooperative when employees couldn't come to office due to shutdown or due to unavailability of public transport facilities. I also got my promotion during the pandemic so I am grateful for that.

Dislikes

office politics is prevalent. Career growth is bit tardy. On the job training is not provided to new joinees.

Sir,RHFL is good for beginners but after some years you will feel that there is no growth in career and salary.This is the only negative thing in RHFL ,otherwise work culture and ,Job security is very good.

Working in repco home finance I have managed to maintain work life balance. Revised pay structure is good and competitive in the market.

Dislikes

Staff who wants to contribute more in the overall development of the company is not allowed to do as the company is run by few higher level authorities who make changes as per their convenience. The scope of company's growth is less.
