Career growth is highly affected by poor implementation of company policies. They tend to change based on face value rather than performance and recognition. Work life balance is comparatively better but the learning and career path means nothing as there are no means to employ and practice what you learn

The Repco Bank is an government organisation under Minstry of Home affairs. I love the fact that Iam a part of a team Repco. Management treat its Employees like a family member with giving benefits like allowances & other benfits. It is one of the best bank in customer services.

It was great to work as Clerk in Repco Bank. Being at clerical level we are stable at same branch for 3 to 5 years, once we try for promotion we will be moving on to other branches at same state or other if preferred.

Dislikes

Customers are little bit rude enough, especially siner-citizens for immediate work to be done, they don't accept system delay, etc
