The major reason people go to work is salary and the amount of increment they provide is great..the HRs coduct and arrange trainings frequently and the company bears cost for these expensive trainings. They even bear cost for the courses provided to trainees who are not even contributing to work..feels like the company has a social work cell already but it is good according to me.

Policies are mostly flexible so some employees take it for granted..the management team should take care of this.

I love the culture of the company. Each one of them is so helpful and nice. I have always felt secured and safe around everyone. I have got many chance to showcase my skills. My efforts are always appreciated. I've got a platform to enhance my skills and learn new skills. All the cross functional teams are so supportive. Proper communication among the team. Company management also provides motivation by throwing parties, providing rewards and asking the employees about if they are fine in the company. HR is so nice and they are so helpful. They introduces new programs for employees for their well being. Company management treats employees above anything. Girls are not allowed to stay late in the company as per the company policy. They do their best for the security of the girls. Proper work life balance. Company also provides work from home to employees as per employees convenience. Their work from home ploicy is also good.

open door policy, never seen the business head listening to and sitting with each and every employee while managing work and business, he manages time during lunch, casually checks on everyone. Managers freely take stand for their subordinates are not at all toxic and managers and hr are given right to put words forward for employees and the top level management listens to everyone. Overall is good company

the india office is not present anywhere online..if they offer good environment they should show it where they fail and can go for automation in my field of testing

I love the openness of the management to new ideas and innovations. Apart from this, the exposure is great and the seniors are also very supportive. Several trainings are conducted to ensure the employees stay up to date with the latest trends and their emotional well being is taken care of as well.

Being from the HR department, I expect the employees to be a little grateful for all that the management does, sometimes, going beyond their ways. This would keep the us motivated for continuous efforts.

The culture is clearly learning and innovation based. It provides great increment and the RepCard India head even listens to the employees’ need at the time of appraisal. He considered my personal financial commitments as well and tried balancing it. Everything I want to suggest for innovations within my role is always listened.
