the top mgmt is bothered to nothing so far as their 'bottom line' (i.e. profit) is concerned, they only listen to the forlorn. Yes, if you are extremely forlorn, you have a *good future in 'renu' but if you are very straightforward with your beliefs, 'renu' is certainly not an excellent company to work with. You will be promoted if you believe in the 'monkey see monkey do' policy. Though you have lots of ideas for the betterment/quality of products, you will not be listened to if you aren't in favour of mgmt. The increment policy is not that neat. Again, if you favor mgmt, you will get 'ok' increment, don't think if you counter them. Lots of negative issues are there to state, but some words are restricted to explain neatly. All in all,the worst company with the worst mgmt.

Nothing, in simple words NO management, compony policies changes as per their convenience, worst work culture at all

Employee/project ratio is 1. not learning opportunity and not even proper guidance available, compony full with internal politics

The work culture at Renu is excellent. For the embedded engineers , there are enormous opportunities to learn and work on advance embedded technologies .

Dislikes

Organization hierarchy and relevant benefits policy is not in place.

here in renu electronics education & experience is usuless...only one quality anyone one should have to work here is he/she 'must be' a licker/ forlorn/helpless...extremely diplomatic...don't think about other self...the 'so called top management' needs the people who can tolerate their nonsense..they need the people who can do the 100 rupees work in 1 rupee...in short the management is not corrupt but only for corruption there is management...

Management system is good and supportive they identify talent in each individual and assign perticular task accordingly .manager and supervisors provide training in free time to improve quality work and enhance knowledge of employees.
