I must say that when it's comes to give salary . They never disappoint employee . Salary get credited in account on 30th or 31st .

Every year when it come to give increment to employee . Company goes in loss 😂😂😂😂. Employee who keep good relation with top management or managers gets promotion and good increment. Every day there will be a hangout meetings, meeting in office, webinar and many more other things . And at the month end they will ask why sales ,collection Target is not achieved 😂😂

Working experience with Rentokil-PCI was indeed good as work satisfaction and learning in the company was top moon level.

...and HR are like brothers working for each other not for company and their teams. Salary given by the company upon the work is too low.

...g if you have interest in Entomology and insects then it's a nice place for you. Salary is always on time. Overall PCI is a good company to work

There are a lot of unnecessary work apart from your target and you will always feel in pressure to maintain data and reports

A good company to work, HR policies are good with rewards and recognition you can also earn good incentive above your salary. They have LMS portal for trainings & learning. Live session are also held where management interacts with the employees. Overall a good experience working here.

Salary scale is bare minimum which can be better.
