...oo strong it's good to start your career but be aware to ask about the facts ...Jib are secured but salary can delay, less chances to get good appraisals work environment is healthy. Director is very helpful and kind person.

there is no job security, its not a company but a business. all depends on company's directors who are owners also. they do not trust anyone. they are decision makers. managers do not have any authority to take decisions.
