Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

My Costing project known as Strategic sourcing project where we identified High value commodities & derived at Zero based costing. Hence we negotiated with our current suppliers & reduced existing price as we achieved Cost saving. Then by Value addition & identifying Alternate vendors also gained Cost of Product.But no sacrifice in Quality & Delivery.In R&D we developed suspensions for 2 & 4 wheelers both Fr. & rear. My Experience is less but what i learnt from it is more.

I did not get any subordinates to divide my work pressure as i had to do all Vendor development & new products sample development in a single hand.But it as taught me more in that field except it takes much time to complete & work fatigue
