I haven't received the salary after 65 days. They extend my notice period to and said me that they will provide the fnf asap but it's been more than 65 days. Please don't join this company

...e about this organization. My total experience is very bad in this organization. There is no job security, no salary hike, no carrier growth, management and work culture is also very bad.

There is no salary hike, I am working in this organization form last 3 years with lots of hardwork and honesty but till now company did not give me any single rupee hike in my salary and did not give any other benefits to their employees. There is no carrier growth and no job security as at the time of joining company HR said that there is no contract limit and employee can do work with company as employee wish but now they are telling us about contract and also telling that you have to leave and resign company on particular date set by the company. I am too much worried about that because there is no job security and no value of employee honesty and hardwork. That is why i looking for a new job for my carrier growth.

Best experience with Renovision in lockdown time. Facing no any issues even on time got salary overall, good staff support, very nice nature of the companies staff.

I thought career growth problem because of huge staff members not more skill development in my current job location.

I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has Gov Clients Base. On-site travel is completely dependent on your projects and client's Location. Another plus point is my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

compensation is decent , but growth is slow. The work pressure is Normal . There is no training for Freshers, hence folks like me have to guide them step-by step, which is pain sometimes.

... managers listen only to their relatives and give maximum benefits to them only. Even if your salary is not incremented, the salary increment of their relatives is done on time. No matter how useless he is?
