i am joining this industry 24th november company profeciency is very good and understanding all situations management also good

No promotiions No increaments No insurance and they not provide all facibilities like diwali bonus dasehra bonus

... at a big MNC with 4-5 years of experience can offer to the market will be same. Many of ex team computers employees have gone to big mnc's with a lot better pay scale and a better position.

Working culture. No care for employees. Very low pay scale. Lack of management.

Interview is easy to crack Good for freshers

Work culture is bad, very less salary compare to market, managers are not helpful and supportive, 6 days working Mon to Saturday. Need to work on client site. Need to do extra work apart from your job role for ex : if you selected for Server admin profile need to do helpdesk and Desktop support job also. If you are experienced take another company offer.

...ry worst man he doesn't have idea that how people r suffering from difficulties. He prevented my salary and relieving letter Becoz of I mailed to HR team to get less my notice period. I could destroy his employment I had approach with ranjan chopra , but I didn't do so.

Managers are doing HR job, they decide everything such as Salary, Hiring etc. No roaster, You might end up doing night shift for continuously 6 months as well. If you're 10 min late, manager will himself apply your half day leave 😂 Try not to be hired in FAISHAL KHAN'S team.
