Renold is a good company for who wants to start their carrier in manufacturing sector.

Dislikes

Compensation is very poor. Growth is also very slow. Top management does not value your work and individual's Strength. My best advice doesn't choose Renold.

For junior level people its a food company. Freshers can also work in their initial career just to get some exposure to engineering industry.

Dislikes

There is no job security. Although its a MNC but peoples (mid & senior level managers) are not allowed to take decisions and working culture is exactly like family owned (Lala) company. There is not a single company policy which is in favour of employee, all the policies are designed in such a way that only company will be benefited. I got good increment during my tenure but there are people working since more than 10 years but got increment of 1% 1/2% in this way company is insulating their employees. Only selected people are getting good opportunities to grow.

There is nothing i like about this company... Will not refer anyone here.

Dislikes

Poor management.... Too much politics.... No job security.... No scope for growth....management will never favour employees....
